Salary:  £30,000 - £116,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a major online Mortgage & Protection Broker with huge financial investments behind them and a large growth plan this year.

Set to dominate the industry and already making a huge brand awareness, they provide mortgage/protection advice to clients who are typically being turned away or let down by the typical high street lenders. With a reputation built on specialist lending and turning a "no" into "yes" they are already receiving 100 enquiries daily from their extensive marketing and advertising and are currently seeking home-based Mortgage Advisers to join their organisation.

**The position is working with exclusive leads (all provided) and with a very competitive commission scheme of 30%, this position sees average earnings of £116,000 on just 16 completions a month.

The Role:

You will be responsible for providing whole of market mortgage advice to clients across the UK who are looking for specialist lending to buy their first home. On occasion, you will be dealing with clients who have had knock-backs from the usual high street lenders and are looking to get specialist advice from a broker that has far greater access to the wider lenders out there and specialist knowledge in being able to able to secure the finance for their residential purchases. You will be 100% home-based and offering advice to clients over the phone from your client bank pre-qualified by the organisation.

Your key skills as a Mortgage Adviser will include:

  • Previous whole of market mortgage experience is essential (minimum of 2 years)

  • Experience in dealing with customers over the phone

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Motivated and driven to run your own desk

  • Fully CeMAP qualified / CAS Status

  • Clean criminal background / financial check

As a Home-Based Mortgage Adviser for this leading startup, you will be given:
 

  • A base salary of £30,000, with 30% commission

  • A thorough two-week onboarding program at their head office, with hotel and team training and all expenses covered

  • Full administrative support and a case handler at all times

  • Have 100 allocated leads given to you monthly through their industry-leading software

  • Flexible holiday entitlement (Paid and measured on performance) giving your more free time back

  • Reduced targets of just 5k for the first 3 months, then 10k afterwards.
