Our client is a highly respected Whole of Market brokerage headquartered in London with a 25 year track record and is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to manage their client base across London and the South East. This is a unique opportunity to inherit a strong and continuously expanding book of business and earn consistently high levels of commission.

The business specialises in the HNW / Mass Affluent market and is seeking someone they can trust to manage this calibre of business and be the main point of contact across the region. With guaranteed business the earning potential is significant. With a team of 25 Brokers in London and looking to grow to 50 over the next couple of years. The organisation have already been responsible for £1 billion in lending.

what we're looking for

The ideal candidate will be a proven Mortgage Adviser and ideally have some experience in the HNW market, strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and manage a client book, and the flexibility to work from home. They will also have a good understanding of the current market trends and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients based on these trends.

This is not a position where you will be chasing business or generating leads, so we're seeking someone who has a passion for converting business and doing what they do best - advising clients with the highest focus on client relations. A unique opportunity with a genuine market leader.
