• Providing high‑quality, fee‑free mortgage & protection advice

• Managing a steady flow of pre‑qualified, high‑intent leads

• Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to completion

• Working collaboratively with dedicated admin, case management, and compliance teams

• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the mortgage and protection market

 

what we’re looking for

• Fully CeMAP‑qualified

• Proven experience as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser

• Strong communication skills and a genuinely customer‑focused approach

• Comfortable working independently, remotely, or within a hybrid setup

• Someone who values quality advice over pressure‑based selling
